BAD?? using generator and honda eu2000 at the same time.

2007 attitude toyhauler 33' i have a honda 2000 that i keep plugged into the shore power input on the trailer and i use it most of the time. but every now and then i need to use the microwave or...

i was wondering if it is easy to find out whether i have a transfer switch? i assume it is automatic somehow?
