Basics of Lithium conversion... I'm lost!
I did a search and it's mostly Greek... to me. I'd like to know the key points for, hopefully, a straight across lead/acid to lithium conversion. My old Flow-Rite watering system just overflowed 2 c...

“Fatal”?? - huh?....Is this assessment experienced based or yet another ‘non-user’ opinion??...(more of, “the sky is falling mythology - sorta unusual to hear this kind of deadly hyperbole from Mex...).
“Special charging algo’s” ...(Think, 14.x, not to exceed 14.6, float is of little concern, no need to fully charge, and charging is often less frequent).
“Special monitoring”...Question to the ‘experts’: What the heck is so ‘special’ about monitoring any battery??...(and if you choose not to, then don’t - then defer to the BMS...)....As techies here, are we to now believe that we don’t (or didn’t) monitor other types ??
“Self Education”...I agree, just like I had to educate myself on my iPhone - rapidly becomes instinctual, and BTW has yet to prove ‘FATAL’ - lol :)
