Ok got it!!...Basically (to follow your previous “Fatal” overreach Sir), a few added scattered facts (facts??), mixed in with a cup of non-user ‘between the lines’ subjectivity, and a dose of ‘it’s an unjustifiable expense’ (e.g. ‘tail fin wars’ !!) thrown in for good measure!! BTW, who is it to properly judge the ‘value quotient’ for another users particular use and application??)...
From my perspective, this abstract sounds more like one’s own individual projections than of one laden with authentic first-hand knowledge or of actual LiFePO4 experience, but understandably, resistance to new-fangled technology is the step which typically precedes eventual market acceptance...I would only note that Lithium chemistry was NASA’s battery of choice for their Mar’s Rover, so I can only conclude (per the law of Occam’s Razor) that somebody at NASA likely sensed the safety, value and practicality of using Lithium for their costly mission venture...
