bathroom water faucet

All of a sudden, our water faucet stopped working. with both hot and cold on, there is a small stream and thats it. Checked for kinks under sink and found none, any ideas.

I thought of that, don't have a tool small enough to fit between the faucet and the screen. What would you suggest using?
