Hi everyoneI am attempting a repair and need advise. Bathroom faucet appears to be leaking from the base, with water leaking on top of the bathroom vanity.I called nearest Camping World and they were like bring it in, then said they only sell faucets and not gaskets/parts. I would try fixing it first before replacing the entire faucet (and would even try to do that myself) but really do not know where to look up a part # and where to buy. The trailer is a 2007 Travel Light by R-Design C-21RBH. Appreciate any advise here.

Forget about repairing it....It's probably the original cheap plastic (junk) unit.Go over to Home Depot or Lowe's and pick a better one that you like. Take the old one in so you can check for clearance, sizing, and base plate fit.

I have had very little success repairing a faucet, even if it is a quality S&B faucet. Odds of repairing a RV faucet would be slim to none. As stated above just pick up a new one that fits.

Install a S&B Moen bathroom faucet. If it leaks or binds up you simply replace the cartridge. Moen also has a top-notch help line-I had a leaky kitchen faucet and they diagnosed the problem and sent me the parts at no charge.

I agree to just replace it. With a 2007, it won' t be anything weird (my bathroom faucet is an old marine style and the holes don't fit anything else) and you can get something you really like for a lot less than trying to fix it.

I took it all apart a few years ago and replaced the O rings. I think it improved for a year or so. I do remember it was quite complicated and tricky to put back together. I hope you will find a better fix and post it here!

Replacement at Amazon in White or "Bisque" at $25 USD. I replaced our RV kitchen and vanity faucets with "Phoenix" brand from Amazon. Yes, they're cheap Phoenix and sometimes they squeak. But, they fit RV and installed with no fuss. Orignals were washer type. These are "washerless" which is probably the squeak.

Google on - bathroom faucet with sprayer - you'll find 4" centers and sprayer. One even offers a second hose connection for your RV Bidet.

Have you ever disassembled one of these half pound, all plastic pieces of chrome plated garbage? Probably not, since many of them are just glued together and unrepairable. Yes I have replaced both the bathroom and kitchen faucet "O" rings on the upper stem which prevents leakage coming from under the handle. The flat washers on the base get changed too to prevent leakage.

I wonder if you could install a kitchen faucet with a sprayer and modify the sprayer with a shower head. Just saying ...

Probably not. Typical two handle kitchen faucet is 8" on center, bath is 4", so stuffed into that corner on a 45* angle, my guess is that it wouldn't work, since it's too long. Might be a great idea in other similar applications, though.

Update. Was unable to disassemble the faucet to remove o-rings because caps on too of handled appeared to be nonremovable. So went to home depot and got veey simular $12. Removal and install were very simple.

(appears to be leaking from the base) have you attempted to tighten up the lines underneath the sink.
