You need a charger that will charge at 2 amps for the lawn mower battery, any more amps than that will ruin the battery. You should be able to plug the M/H in and it will charge the battery.
I bought a roll around charger at Tractor Supply that will give you 2/ 20/and start amps too. It will also tell you amps of charge, voltage of charge and % of charge it also will cut off when fully charged, I paid less that $100.00 for it and use it constantly in my shop.
