Batteries will not charge on shore power.

Ok, this group has been a great help with previous issues, so I’m hoping you all can help me again.
The issue is. When I’m pluggyup to shore power, my batteries will not charge. They used too. I checked my power converter and it is putting out 13.5 v to the distribution panel. It just isn’t getting to the batteries.
I made sure to check the reset button on the left of the board and checked all the fuses. I must be missing something. Relay? Hidden fuse?
1999 seabreeze it has the Custom RV products 12v distribution board.
I’m sure I’m overlooking something silly.
Thanks in advance.

  • From my understanding a converter provides power to the DC system & it is a charger to the battery bank.

Put the volt meter across the battery bank. If you are not getting 14V there you likely have a charger problem. If you are getting a better than 12V reading on the battery bank but no charging then chances are the battery bank is shot.
