the avg A/C draws 12amp at 120v about 1400w
yes it could power an A/C , run time would be determine by how much of that 7KWhr
was useable
i'm thinking the inverter 400vdc to 120vac is not going to be cheap
and the charge system is not going to be cheap either
especially converting up .. over 400+ volts to recharge
those are LETHAL VOLTAGES
