IMHO:
Us RV'ers don't need all of these fancy configurations using lithium ion battery technology.
What us RV'ers need is the good old existing group sizes - with whatever new technology inside - and with built-in charge control and protection such that current chargers/converters, as already owned by users, can be used external to the battery ... BUT providing at least 50% more amp hour capacity per size group than the equivalent lead acid size group.
We also don't care about how light in weight new technology Group 24/27/29/31 RV batteries are relative to their equivalent lead acid size groups.
Higher and higher amp hours contained within standard group sizes is what RV life is all about, electrical power-wise. RV amp hours per cubic inch is KING - the same as in general electrically powered transportation - but in the right form factors for us RV owners who already own rigs with battery boxes in them. :C
