Battery cables
i am including to pictures of my 4 6V batterrys please nominate top or bottom setup for my cables to 12V.

ok so if I go by Mr Wizards last drawing I will have 4 short cables connecting 2 positives 2 negatives and again 2 positives and 2 negatives and then 1 cable connecting positive to negative in middle correct with the last to batteries mounted 180 degrees.
