Battery charge not reading full.

Just brought the trailer out of storage and put in a brand new battery and the indicator light is only shoring 1/4 charge. I work at Advance Auto so I tested the battery and its perfect. When plugged into the home it still reads 1/4. I put a multimeter on the battery while it was plugged in and it was showing 13.7-13.8 so I know it was changing. It worked perfect when I put it away last year. Any thoughts?

    If you are referring to the inside "panel indicator light", those things are notorious for being incorrect. I never even look at mine anymore. Use a meter on the battery itself and have a nice time. I know you want it to work correctly, we all do, but fact is they usually don't. Good luck to you.
