I think you are referring to one of these BATTERY BOOST JUMP START units.
I have one like this one...
This should be able to be charged by hooking up to your truck start battery and will take a long time to charge
Have no idea how long this would take...
My jump start is only goood for one truck restart and then I have to put it on its 120V transformer over night to recharge it...
If I was going to recharge a trailer battery in an emergency than I would nose the truck up to the trailer battery and use jumper cables for several hours of running the truck motor.
The battery in the JUMP START unit is not a very big battery....
