When charging (2) 12volt rv batteries through the on board converter/charger, would two honda eu2000's work any better than just using one genny to charge?

NO: About the biggest converter made is 80 amps, Mine runs on a EU-2000i at full output (in fact it needs only 1,000 watts so power is left over.. Inverters I've seen 125 amp.. Still within a EU-2000i.
Very misleading. You use VA input required from the generator. BTW there are 90, 100, and 120a converters. Perhaps others.
