PT, I don't think you answered my question.
My 100 amper pulls 15.57a and PF is 0.97, Watts 1854 efficiency around 81% for input/output.
So if the Magnum is say more like 85% efficient (might be less, being PF corrected--there seems to be a trade-off) then pulling 15a and 1800w, you would have 85 x 1800 = 1530w output.
I can't figure out here if you are supposed to be using the DC voltage the charger is set at 14.8, or the battery voltage of the moment. Using 14.8, 1530/14.8 = 103 amps
(To get 125 amps out that would be 1850w output from 1800 input! So at 85% efficient, input would have to be 2176w. With 0.98PF, that would be 2244VA /120 = 18.7 amps from the generator.
The Honda 3000 does 23.3 amps; the 2200 does 15 amps.
