Battery draining fast and converter running hard

Brand new Evergreen IGO C183RB travel trailer, the company is out of business a couple of weeks after my purchase. Trailer was sent to service center because it was constantly tripping the campgro...

When you take something to the service center
It is very common for lights etc.. to be left turned on and the RV Comes home with discharged batteries
