Battery draining fast and converter running hard

Brand new Evergreen IGO C183RB travel trailer, the company is out of business a couple of weeks after my purchase. Trailer was sent to service center because it was constantly tripping the campgro...

It's sounds like a short in the 12 volt system. First determine that there's no issue with the battery being incorrectly connected. Then go to the 12 volt fuse block and pull the fuses one at a time and use an ammeter across the terminals of each fuse. The one with a large current draw is where your problem is.
