Battery draining fast and converter running hard

Brand new Evergreen IGO C183RB travel trailer, the company is out of business a couple of weeks after my purchase. Trailer was sent to service center because it was constantly tripping the campgro...

You could also check with the trailer plugged into shore power, turn off the circuit breaker for the 12 Volt converter, and see if the current draw on your shore power drops to a sensually nothing if nothing else is on.
