Mr Wiz, you keep using "capacity" and AH and percent gain in AH, but I am looking at the time component of the AH. (the H)
5A x 20H =100 and it takes 100H if A is 1 to make 100.
The discharge table for my SiO2 shows 1200 minutes for 5ish amps and 1440 minutes for 4ish amps so 20 vs 24 hrs but that is a low as it goes. Need a better table like that

I am running a test. It is taking a long time to get the SG down much on two 6s (230AH) at 11.5a so you can see it as a good marker on the hydrometer, so the second part will have to be tomorrow at 5.75A to get that time to get down to the same SG.
So today it took 3 hours to get the SG down from 1.295 to 1.275 which is clearly marked on the hydrometer. Recharging now, and with 1.295 restored, tomorrow we'll see how long it takes to get down to 1.275 at 5.75A.
