I just don't like them saying 80AH = 80AH "usable" when one is at 5 amps and the other is at 10 amps.
IMO if you use 10 amps for both, then you won't get 80AH from the single 100 ending at 20% (where that 20% is with the 5 amp rate)--how can you even tell you are at 20%? 20% of what? Will the SG tell you?
Meanwhile I am now curious about how Peukert works with SGs. The story is with higher draws than 20 hr rate, you get less capacity in AH
So it ought to show up in my test for how long it takes to get down to the same SG using different draws. It didn't happen with using 1/2 the 20 hr rate. Story is Peukert is not much effect down there, but is more obvious above the 20 hr rate. My test at the low rates may not have been long enough for it to show within the margin of error of the measuring. I don't know. The whole concept using SG might be wrong.
I can try it using 23 amps on the 230AH instead of the 11.5 and see if any Peukert shows that way, where it might be more obvious with my measuring margins, using the same SG as the marker.
