Thanks Mex. Bogart Engineering seems to agree with you with their new controller, the SC-2030. Standardized overcharge voltage profiles can be found on page 13 of the manual:

The question arises about how those overcharge voltages impact the other subsystems contained in an RV. Older RV appliances had 12v control board maximums in the low 20v area. Newer RV’s are very constrained. For example; the Suburban SW6DE waterheater is said to fry its board at 14v, some fridges max at 15v and some new furnace units limit out at 14.5v. So, what is a new boondocker to do?
