Thanks, Mex, you're a wonderment to this Forum. I much appreciate your contributions and this thread is a big one.
Bend brings up a good point. Is there going to be a problem with various devices and the higher voltages? One way to get around that would be to install a voltage regulator at the distribution board. A single regulator of 20 amp rating may be all that's necessary to accomplish the task. I had thought about using a whole-system regulator but I have no circuit boards to tend and the LED lighting I use operates well at the higher voltages.
