Battery Fuse Blows When Plugged Into Shore Power

What is in that picture is definitely not your battery protection fuse. If that fuse is preventing the converter from charging the battery you have something wrong with your wiring. Take it back to the dealer or reputable repair service. Hard to tell what is really the problem without tracing the wiring.
