Battery isolator charge vehicle battery on shore power

I have a new to me 02 Roadtrek on a Chevy chassis. There is what looks to be a newer 4 post isolator, I see no name brand or specs on it. I have been RV'ing long time and never had an isolato...

I don’t know much about Cs but I wouldn’t think it typical
to charge the start battery off the RV converter.
Is it a voltage sensing isolator?
That latches and charges house battery when it sees charging voltage
from the vehicle. (IE vehicle running). Seems more plausible.
