Sooo I should get a shore charger and a new battery? any links to the shore charger?
Any 10-15A 120V automotive charger from Walmart, Amazon, whatever. A single small battery of generic brand that (might be) already has its life shortened, isn't worth much.
Or plug your trailer into shore power at home for a few days. I hope your trailer has a shore power socket outside on the wall, to plug that 3-prong yellow cable in. If battery is not completely dead, it will charge it, kind of.
To answer whether you should also get a new battery, you need a consumer-grade multimeter. $20 for a half-decent one.
