By accident, I may have started the 3 way fridge on propane while the DC was on. This may have occurred for a few minutes before I turned everything off

In DC mode it will draw 30A (or more) and will deplete the battery quickly, though not in a few minutes. Could be dying battery.
Absolute baloney. First of all the OP clearly says he has a popup camper which in turn means he has a small, manual light 3-way gas absorption fridge. If it was a Norcold it most likely would be a 323 but since he said he "accidentally" ran the fridge on both gas and DC mode at the same time it would therefore have to be a Dometic, most likely an RM2193. That fridge has a 125 watt DC electric element rated to draw a maximum 10.5 amps in the DC mode, not 30 amps as some claim. :S Most vehicle electrical systems can handle this but not "30 amps or more", which is why almost all larger 6 & 8 cu ft DSI fridges commonly installed in TTs, 5ths, etc are just 2-way - propane gas and 120 vac, no 12 vdc mode at all.
