By the way, this battery charging thread is going as usual -> leaving the impression that batteries can't be fully charged at "lower voltages" than 14.XX or 15.XX. Not considering ultra-low temperatures, it's been my experience with our eight year old RV batteries that they can be fully charged using lower voltages - it just takes many hours longer to do it.
