Also, I'm going to throw this out there about battery temps from my own experience: Any 12V BCI grp 24 or greater and any 6V battery I've used, has the same usability at 32f as it does at 75f. Yes, the electrical capacity is less but since I use well maintained and fully charged batteries, don't run them down until dead, and size loads accordingly, there is no difference in usability.
