I think you misunderstood. Some have complained that the WFCO will struggle to achieve boost mode when drycamping and charging from a generator. It is a three stage 'smart' charger and will do an excellent job of maintaining your battery.

Nope, the Deltran Battery Tender and the Battery MINDer are both three stage smart chargers and any differences are minimal. The HF float charger is a constant single stage charger and shouldn't be left on indefinitely. The BT and BM do have a couple advantages but if you have no other use for them, stick with the WFCO.
