BATTERY WATER?????

HELLO, of course I always used distilled water in all my batteries. But now with this virus in my area there is NO WATER, NOT EVEN DISTILLED>>> So my batteries are in need of some water... Is it ok to use the drinking water that we get from those 25 cent machines. I would think its better than our water he in AZ from the faucet ... I also have a reverse osmosis water system in the house.... so before I add anything I am looking for any suggestions as to what is better to use or does anyone have any other ideas???
As usually thank you all again for any ideas.....

They are for 2 golf carts, that I have. 6 volt batteries total of 13 batteries and 2 of them are just beginning to to show the tops of the plates in 2 different cells... not really completely showing yet but the way it looks here not sure when I will see distilled water again unless I get lucky. So just want to be ready with something just in case...THANKS
  • Borrow some distilled water from a neighbor. In the future adopt my method of only purchasing distilled water for use in the RV....drinking, batteries etc. Everything except the fresh water tank. Wish I was near you..l’ve got 3 1/2 gallons onboard.
  • Unless the plates are exposed, I would avoid using normal water at all costs.
