A froze up rusted up equalizer will cause more weight on one or the other axle ??? No kidding now !
It doesn't matter how the trailer is loaded, or if the trailer is level, the weight will be reasonably equal on both axles, UNTILL the equalizer runs out of its travel. What do you think an equalizer equalizes ??? How can the weight not stay equal ???
