We have five stations a few miles away, with prices @1.75 to 1.72 at Wal Mart with card.Everyone else is hovering at 2.25 to 2.27. Diesel is about .20 to .45 higher.
Diesel was cheaper a few weeks ago than gas.
I never supported the Legislation to allow raw crude to be shipped off shore, and of course be sold back to us. It never did nor does make good sense.
A report a day or so ago said our pipelines etc were straining to export ports.
There is no shortage anywhere but there is a glut. They are not pumping theirs, buying from us and making ore money right now since they control the price and choke the supply, wherever and whenever will support the higher prices they seek, by rumor or whatever.
In other words we are being swindled and they call it good business.
Gasoline, $1.72-$1.75 per gallon, and Diesel $2.25-$2.27, both harder to come by yet far less than a gallon of milk...Please expand on how we are being swindled....
