Bent slide not sealing tight. Is this a problem? Pics

On this new camper I bought, somehow the previous owner dented the corner of the slide to where it doesn't completely seal at the bottom. The top seals tight. This is as far as it goes before the moto...

So can I use a ratchet strap to put tension on it and then whack it? Should i use a dead blow or a rubber mallet?
