Best way to charge batteries when Boondocking?

But that's how I do it, my cheap WFCO 35 amp converter charges my batteries just fine despite the cable runs, and my meager 150 watt solar setup keeps 'em topped off so well, I rarely even need the generator in the first place. I try to camp in the shade as much as possible too.
