Best way to connect to Battery FL1 terminal

What is the Best way to connect to Battery FL1 terminal? Should I just use a nut/bolt/washer or is there a better way?

It's a specific design of battery post (a "flag terminal 1"). Landyacht's picture shows a battery with FL1 terminals. If you prefer technical drawings, see page 5 of this PDF.
