"Best" way to weather proof 12 volt elec connection

Any wisdom on the “best” way to weatherproof couple spade connections on 12 volt ? I’m replacing a 5 psi pressure switch that has a “Delphi PA66” connection with a 15 psi switch that only has spa...

Flex Seal is what I used. you can get assorted brush on and spray on rubber coatings like it "Liquid Electrical Tape" is a competing product.
