- ernie1ExplorerCalled again this morning and left a message with Jeff. No call back. Called Bigfoot again and left a message with John, the owner of the company. John doesn't call me back but Jeff finally does. I'm a little unsure if I want to pursue this purchase.
- SoloExplorerI had excellent customer support from BigFoot when I installed their system on our Ford E450 Class C. It is disappointing that you are having difficulty. I suggest posting to several forums if you have not already-especially those specific to the MB chassis and hopefully you will get owner experiences. On our E450, we installed the Ford version BigFoot Wireless and found it outstanding in that application. You are adding weight of course and so make sure that your GVCR is adequate.
