There are replacement sensors and replacement systems, the one I've seen mentioned the most is SeeLevel
I actually bought and installed these on my old fiver but never got them debuged before we decided to replace the RV. You have to have access to the tanks which means dropping the belly. Installing the sensors is no big deal for the handy people among us.
