Black Tank Backflush plugged at tank connection

I cannot get my black tank back flush unplugged. I have the hose feeding the tank cut about 2 feet from the connection to the tank so I could connect a water supply. It is very difficult to reach the...

mine has an anti siphon valve located under the bathroom sink.

i would check that before going any further.
