I didn't read the whole topic, so if this is similar to other input please excuse the waste of time.
I've had the same issue with our 5th W. Before we found the real problem we did two thing to circumvent having it stop up. 1: Wife tested all toilet tissues to make sure it disintegrated quickly and 2. flushed twice anytime there was paper involved.
