Black tank bound up.
Our black tank won't pump out. The fellow in the park said he got nothing out. When ya look down the toilet it is not empty. Thanks.

No mention of your rig, but if it's fairly new, the punch outs for the tank penetrations could still be in the tank and one managed to work it's way into the outlet. The fill it up and drive around will solve this temporarily, but the next time it's empty, beg, borrow or steal a boroscope and have a look around.
