Black Water Cable Valve keeps leaking (it's new)

Hi I just replaced my black water drain valve (cable type)I have slid the valve into the gap between the black pvc pipe at least ten times and tighten it. I still see water dripping from the fitting. ...

I KNOW you think you have installed the valve correctly. BUT, odds are when you slide the valve in place, one of the 2 seals is NOT seated correctly in the flanges. THAT causes the leak. Cable valves can be a real pain to install correctly. Doug
