From your description of previously using your solar power successfully this indication says something else is wrong, you need to check:
-New controller is wired up correctly. Battery to battery terminals and solar to solar terminals. Remove the little metal jumper for flooded batteries.
- Unknown new draw in the system. Check for a light or instrument panel running that wasn't before. Something
- Your batteries are simply not charged enough and that little solar can't recover them. Get to shore power and recharge then try again
- Your batteries are failing.
