I have had the same problem. My issue, which was an easy fix but took several people to find, were dirty posts, and a very bad cable connection on the battery. I replaced the bad cable connection to the battery, cleaned all posts, and also cleaned the cable connectors on all cables. It fixed the problem. Had I not take off all cables, I would not have seen that one cable had been overtightened and the ring at the end of the cable was actually cut making a very poor connection.
