Ok update.....adjusted carb for high altitude on genny (I am at 7500 ft) still hard to start but it runs.
Charged batteries up and now solar is running like it used to. Its all good now. The batteries were just too low for the solar to keep up and like I mentioned before I use very little energy so now the solar can keep up. :-)
