Curious, I have been working on RV roof AC units for 42 years and NEVER have I seen plants or such inside a AC unit. HOW would a plant get inside a roof AC unit 12 feet off the ground? And, where would it get dirt and nutrients to grow and live?????? Doug

Possible mold or bacteria Pink mold

Pink is not a color that the A/C can generate so I'm guessing some kind of plant life growinginside the unit. Remove outer covers possibly the evaporator cover and clean.. Also while there remove condenser cover and clean it.
