Can anyone give me an idea of what new bakes on TT with Lipert axel with 14" wheels? Have an idea of what the parts might cost including seals but have generally done the labor myself but as I get old...

I would say 30 to 45 minutes a wheel, if he knows what he is doing. Going rate for a decent mechanic is 80 to 120 an hour. Figure labor, $250 to $350. But then, I am just pulling numbers out of my Donkey.
