Brakes not working correctly after bearing re-pack

I had my fifth wheel at the dealer for some warranty repairs. While it was there, I asked them to re-pack the bearings. This service included adjusting the brakes, etc. I went to pick it up yeste...

Brake adjustment has nothing to do w/ braking power ! No matter the adjustment, the same pressure/force is applied to the shoe to drum contact, whether hydraulic or electric brakes. All adjustment does is shorten the time between pedal movement, and actual shoe/drum contact. In the case of hydraulic brakes, adjustment will also lessen brake pedal travel.
