This 2015 E-Series has 4-wheel disc brakes, so backing/stopping has nothing to adjust like self-adjusting drum brakes. Still, I can see the idea of stopping hard in reverse hoping to disturb a stuck caliper. I don't think that'd be a permanent fix, though.
