Brand new RV Should I sanitize fresh water lines / tank

All this fuss about adding a stupid quarter cup of bleach to a full tank and priming all faucets then letting it sit overnight? Purity depends where you fill up. Myself I 100% purify then do not spend another moment thinking about it. It's nice to know rinsed dishes have been sterilized and, rinsed produce has been sterilized in the process.
