the most direct and correct statement with the most clarity
would have been to say that the first time
7.41 per 6v battery, times the number of batteries
why confuse issue talking about 12v systems at 14.82
and why take such 'offense' about it
It would seem you're the only one here that's "confused" ... I merely mentioned 2 T105s in series require a 14.82 volt bulk charge rate because that's the most common reference used by those of us who visit this RV forum. The fact the OP bought these Trojans for his golf cart and not for use on an RV is irrelevant, the charging requirements are the same regardless. My point, which you seem to have missed, is that the OP like so many others has clearly bought these "name brand" Trojans, is worrying about how to get the most longevity out of them, yet has totally ignored the fact that the charging system he intends to use to maintain these batteries is just as important. We
still don't know any details at all about these two chargers he has and therefore whether either is in any way suitable for properly maintaining these Trojans he's purchased. Offended? ... hardly, I'm way past that kind of nonsense on a forum like this where every second person including you is more interested in taking shots at others rather than spending their time contributing to the actual subject being discussed. As a moderator yourself you ought to know better. :S
